Job Description :
Assure proper functioning of Tools & Die Moulds, Die Assembly, Work on Conventional Tool Room Machines like Surface grinder, M1TR, Lathe etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Our pointwise expectations from candidate are:
(1) Good Knowledge of Pressure Die Casting Dies, Cutting/Trimming Dies.
(2) Should be able to identify and resolve problems in Dies independently.
(3) Should be able to quickly repair running die problems.
(4) Good Knowledge of Measuring Instruments.
(5) Good understanding of Engineering Drawings.
(6) Knowledge of Workshop Mathematical Calculations.

Maintain Quality of Pressure Diecast Components As Per IATF:16949 Standards, Process Control, Casting Defect Tracing, Minimise Machine Break Downs, Preventive Maintenance Planning,
Production Planning and Control, In-Process Quality Control
Desired Candidate Profile :
Our pointwise expectations from candidate are:
(1) Good knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Pin Gauges, Slip Gauges, Hardness Tester etc.
(2) Good knowledge of high pressure die casting process.
(3) Good knowledge of visual inspection and defect identification.
(4) Hands on knowledge of Computer & Internet.
(5) Good understanding of Engineering Drawings
